Find the zeros of the function. f(x) = 6x3 + 18x2 + 12x

Hello,

f(x)=6x^3+18x²+12x=6x(x²+3x+2)
=6x(x²+x+2x+2)=6x((x(x+1)+2(x+1))
=6x(x+1)(x+2)

Zeros are 0,-1,-2
